SMT ASSEMBLY

WHE provides a full SMT contract assembly service. Surface mount PCB assembly can be manual, semi or fully automatically assembled, using advanced pick and place machines. WHE currently has 5 placement machines using IMT 60 and Europlacer Xpress 20 and 2 sets solder printing machines. The placement machines can use both no clean solder together with lead-free product.

 

BONDING

WHE currently has 21 sets auto and semi-auto bonders capable of both large throughputs but also very tight tolerance die placement. The bonders are currently being used in applications in industrial and commercial market areas.

WHE also provides WIRE BONDING using Aluminum wires. The products are currently serving American, EU and Aisan markets.

 

Assembly

WHE teamed a skillful soldering and assembly product line. Both supervisors and operators gained practical experience in handling various kinds of products including medical products, testing equipments, toys, LCD modules, and clocks.
